The exhibition is fully booked!
A limited number of exhibit booths of at least 6 sqm is available.
The rental fee is 300 Euro per sqm plus Value Added Tax (VAT). For each booth one conference badge with full conference participation will be provided (for 12 sqm or more two badges).
Booth rental includes:
- Standard wall divisions (white)
- Standard signboards (with max. 20 characters, black)
- Standard plug (16A / 230 V)
- 1 spot (for larger stands more)
- 1 bistrotable
- 2 barstools
- 1 counter
- Cleaning (at night)
Deadline for reservation of exhibition space is September 30, 2012.
